My mission is to empower women to overcome their fears of strength training, unlock their true potential, and lead healthier, happier lives.

As a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach, I’ve spent over 7 years helping women of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals. I’ve completed numerous further education courses to ensure that my clients receive the most effective and up-to-date training methods. As a Girls Gone Strong specialized women’s coach with qualifications in pre & postnatal fitness, I’m well-equipped to help women of all ages and stages in their fitness journeys.

I’m passionate about helping women overcome their fear of strength training and discover their true abilities.
