Hello and welcome to my new website! My name is Eloise, and I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach with over 7 years of experience helping women reach their health and fitness goals. I’m also a Girls Gone Strong specialized women’s coach and am pre & post-natal qualified.

I have been blogging on health and fitness topics for over 10 years, but I felt it was time to give my website a rebrand and refresh! I’m so excited to be launching this new website and hope you find the content useful. My aim is to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies through personalised and effective training and nutrition plans.
