I left my career as a human rights lawyer to pursue a new passion – helping women live longer, happier, and healthier lives. After discovering the transformative power of exercise and nutrition, I now work as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and nutrition coach to empower women to create healthy relationships with food and fitness. My mission is to guide women on their journey to becoming the happiest, healthiest, and fittest version of themselves.
