The first step is to schedule a free consultation call so we get to know each other and discuss your goals and aspirations. This is also an opportunity for you to share any injuries or other factor that you feel are holding you back and allow me to assess your current fitness & nutrition situation.

I use the information gained from your consultation to craft an individualised program that focuses on your particular goals and is adapted to your life and your personal level of ability and fitness.
